Who I am…

Hi, I’m Lisa

Painting and creating has always been something that I enjoy doing. I studied fine arts in high school, and learned about the practical application of art in the business world when I took the Graphic Signs Arts program at NAIT. I learned how to design and prepare a variety of surfaces for paint and create signs for businesses.

In 2015 I started a Room With a Hue as a small residential painting company. My clients appreciated my ability to help them chose a colour and paint their homes. Early in 2020 I decided to add refurbished furniture to my business and sell it online. It offers me a the opportunity to work from home in my studio, and I still love getting out to paint in my clients’ homes when possible.
